Steamers rock.

Do you use a steamer?  We just use ours all the time!  Today's fare was broccoli, carrots, red cabbage, garlic and apples.  That was lunch along with a bowl of good hot thick chille.  The apples are peeled, quartered and topped with maple syrup when done...so good!  I don't care for the aluminum steamers and really don't care for the plastic ones either but until they make glass steamers, I will choose plastic over aluminum.
