Found the best pancake ever....whole grain and two 4" pancakes yield 8g protein and 5g fiber. Top with a pat of butter and pure maple syrup...... yummy! These keep you full for a long time and nourishing too! Oh yes 170calories, 3g fat and 20% of your daily calcium.
