Chicken Fried!

One of my favorites is chicken fried steak, have you ever thought about chicken fried pork tenderloin?  Yah me neither....yesterday for Sunday dinner I sliced, tenderized and chicken fried said tenderloin.  Boy oh boy it is delicious!  I used my go to recipe for the CFsteak and it turned out so tender and delish.  With sides of green beans, garden fresh tomatoes, mashed potatoes and CF gravy it was a hit.  Mr. Outdoors said he liked it better than beef.
